Our Values
Inclusion WA wants everyone to have choice and control, share ordinary places and feel a sense of belonging in their community. Social inclusion means that people from different backgrounds, with different perspectives, who have different abilities feel welcomed, valued and included in their chosen communities.
Our Services
-
Individualised Services
We empower you to become more involved with your community, assisting you in identifying activities of interest to get involved in and help build lasting and meaningful relationships.
-
Pathway to Employment
We work with NDIS participants to discover their skills, talents and interests so that they can explore employment opportunities suited to their needs and strengths. We support people to get ready to apply for jobs and engage in work experience, volunteering and skill development to increase their job readiness.
-
Community Access
Our Mentors help build meaningful relationships outside of paid support. We work to find meaningful and valued roles in your local community and help you to manage your supports.
