Welcome AIG’s new CEO, Leanne Pearman.
After an extensive search and careful consideration, the AIG Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Leanne Pearman as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Inclusion Group.
Leanne comes to us with an impressive background in contemporary disability services, with over 30 years of experience supporting children, people with disability, and their families, together with people who have been marginalised by society. This has created in her a deep understanding and commitment to all people being able to exercise their rights as full citizens in our community.
Since 2012, Leanne has been the CEO of Western Australia’s Individualised Services (WAiS), where she provided sector-wide leadership and training on topics such as supported decision-making, person-centred planning, and other human rights approaches. With a passion for our mission and a commitment to helping everyone to be included in their community, she is the perfect fit to lead AIG into its next chapter.
