Our goal is to help people affected by social isolation take control over their own lives, be as independent as possible and enjoy participating in recreation, arts, sport and leisure alongside other people in the community.
The way we work is completely different and flexible depending on each person or group we work with.
However, what we strive for never changes. We want to build the capacity of the community and create lasting, sustainable connections that ensures each individual is not just present in their community, but rather that they have a valued social role.
