RSN Relaunched as Inclusion WA
Today marks Recreation and Sport Network's transition to a new era, with the official launch of their new name, Inclusion WA with a new look and new vision.
This evening Inclusion WA (formerly RSN), hosted their 21st birthday celebration at Scitech, with guests from across the community, including patrons Ryan Campbell (former Australian cricketer and presenter) and Eoin Campbell (ABC 720 Perth breakfast presenter) attending.
After 21 successful years of empowering individuals with disabilities to become actively involved in their community, the organisation has made the decision to be rebranded as Inclusion WA, to better reflect their ongoing commitment towards social inclusion.
In a birthday celebration attended by patrons, supporters and members of Inclusion WA and key government stakeholders; Inclusion WA revealed their logo and website for the very first time and handed out gift bags which included the hot-off-the-press brochure.
Since inception, the organisation has been focused on developing inclusive sport and recreation opportunities to allow people with disabilities to actively participate. This will continue. However the new vision for Inclusion WA is to ensure other Western Australians, who are socially isolated, disadvantaged or generally disconnected from society can also benefit from inclusion expertise.
