Community Inclusion Program (Alternatives to Employment)

The Community Inclusion Program is an individualised, one-to-one support program that operates entirely in the community.   The program is available to:

• People who have received Disability Service Commission Alternative to Employment (A.T.E) funding; or
• People who have private funding who wish to become involved with community based activities. 

Community Inclusion Officers work alongside the individual, their family and other supports to develop and implement a tailored individual plan that will seek to expand networks, get people actively involved in their community and create lifelong opportunities.
